March topic: Incident Response! We’ll deep dive on the how’s and the why’s and we’ll look at some (major) real-world incidents, and how for us all to get better at IR! All directly from the eyes and experience of the well-respected Microsoft’s DART team!

Let’s meet for an informative session where you can ask security experts any questions you have in your mind no matter how basic or advanced that is. Every month we try to have a different topic, and there’s always time to discuss anything important to you as well!

In this month’s SecTalks, we are thrilled to focus on the new subject of Incident Response (IR). We’ll have a guest speaker showcasing a comprehensive exploration of the depth of IR, delving into the how’s and whys of effective incident response strategies. As an added bonus, we’ll draw insights from real-world situations, examining major cases that have shaped the landscape of cybersecurity. The spotlight will be on Microsoft’s renowned Detection and Response Team (DART), offering a unique opportunity to learn more valuable knowledge from their wealth of experience.

Leading the conversation is a member of the Microsoft DART team – “the Microsoft cybersecurity team we hope you never meet” – though in this case, we are meeting proactively! 😎

See you there? As always, it’s on the last Thursday of the month (28/03) at 18:30 (doors open at 17:30), in Rotterdam (right next to Central station)! 🚀

As per usual, it’s an open conversation session so anyone can join, share thoughts, ask questions, and we all learn together and from each other.
