Closely collaborating on their recruitment efforts to attract global and local talent, we’ve successfully offered both advisory and talent services. As the people needs for the cyber security team were much higher than the internal efforts could produce, we’ve helped them streamline their recruitment process on the security talent, and worked together to engage and attract top infosec talent, from europe and other continents.
The security talent needs included governance, technical and commercial professionals, with specializations in many areas like ethical hacking, SOC/SIEM, security architecture, privacy, forensics etc.

For a fast growing MSSP expanding with international projects, we helped attract the right security talent and benchmark their security team organizational structure.
The local and international project growth in providing managed security services was putting pressure on growing the security team offering those services. We’ve worked closely together in both attracting local security talent for their immediate needs, as well as provide advice on how they can sustain the growth with strong infosec talent.
This included advising them on both local and international talent engagement, adjusting the structure of their managed services SOC and consider different seniority levels with various shift responsibilities to provide growth steps and retain internal security talent.
Collaborated with a large international bank in expanding the internal security services team.
With the financial services scope widening and security layers added to the solutions the bank offers, the security talent needs grew and we partnered to find and attract both direct hire security professionals as well as provide interim solutions with security experts that could provide specialized security experience to the internal teams.
The needs were in the areas of security testing, both pentesting on the application and infrastructure / networks side, as well as secure development expertise for their in-house software for the full SDLC in a security by design approach change for all their projects.

Worked closely with a technology integrator and their security services division, both for talent in their security professional services and their specialty cyber defense team. Talent needs included senior consultants with expertise in a specialty area or security solution product lines, security network consultants and engineers for projects in different countries.
Both recruitment and interim solutions were considered, building a long term base security team to grow and be able to deliver the international projects the organization has with its global clients, as well as find local interim expertise that could deploy for specific complex projects for successful service delivery.
