17th European Conference on Cyber Warfare and Security ECCWS
The European Conference on Cyber Warfare and Security 2018 (ECCWS) attempts to attract a combination of academic scholars, military personnel, practitioners and individuals who are engaged in various aspects of the cyber security community. ECCWS is generally able to attract participants from more than 30 countries. The Journal of Information Warfare regularly publishes a number of the papers presented at this conference.
ECCWS invites researchers and practitioners from the academic, private and government sectors who are involved and interested in the technological, social, legal, political and military aspects of cyber warfare and security to come together and exchange ideas at ECCWS 2018 in Oslo.
ECCWS 2018 is organized in conjunction by the University of OSLO (UiO) and the Norwegian institute of International Affairs (NUPI). ECCWS offers an opportunity for networking, learning, exploring and discussing ideas, experiences and challenges in the research, application and management of technologies and policies in order to advance the maturity and stability of cyber warfare and security.
